Bring up custom T1024 Board

Hi.. I am facing difficulty to bring up T1024 custom board. The board has 2GB DDR3L RAM using 9 discrete chips. CPLD is absent on custom board. I was able to program flash. But the program do not run. Asleep pin is high and I am not using heat sink

A lot of issues can cause problems to board functionality. First of all check that all power supplies are ok, the system clock is as expected, POR configuration settings are ok and RCW are read correctly.

Absence of a heat sink can cause device overheating.
