Lmcrypt error when generation CW key

I'm trying to generate a CW key but gets an error "The call to lmcrypt failed", what to do?

I performed some tests on my side under my NXP account and a hotmail account.

I can generate the license file without problem for different products.

For HC12

For MCU V10.6

Can you try again ?
