Cancel product registration

We bought 4 floating licenses for CodeWarrior for HC12 and want to have just one person in charge of managing these licenses. Unfortunately 2 of these product licenses were registered by two individual developers under different individual NXP accounts and cannot be managed by the designated person because they are already registered.

The question is how to cancel the 2 product registrations done by the individual developers?

SW can be transferred from one user to another once is registered.

Support team should be able to do this by providing regsitration IDs, another option is inactive the previous ID registered by the customer and provide a new ID to cover this. Please request this to our support NXP team.

   1) Go to http://www.nxp.com/support/sales-and-support:SUPPORTHOME.

   2) On the bottom of the page under Submit New Issues, click Hardware & Software.

   3) Register with your business email to access NXP technical online support.

   4) A verification email will be sent to your account. Click the link embedded in that email to verify your access.

   5) On the NXP online support page, select Contact Support from the top menu and click “submit a new case” to start the process.
