NDA went through but MC33771C Safety menual document could not be downloaded.

I bought the MC33771 and it is under development.
However, there is a problem in receiving the safety manual

I know that the download of that document will be available once the NDA is in progress. But when I go to the document download window, it says Account Activation Needed and I can't download it.

Please inquire how to download the MC33771C Safety manual document.
