Confirmation for ESD Damage immunity of MMA8452.

Hi All,

I would like to know about the ESD Damage immunity which is Machine Model as follows the product.

In datasheet, HBM(Human body) and CDM(Charge device) is described. But MM(Machine Model) is not.

Hi Yosuke Ohkuma,

MM is superseded by CDM.  if you are covered under HBM and CDM, MM is covered.

That is the reason behind MM not present in the datasheet.

As you can find in the link above, use of MM is now outdated.  Only HBM and CDM are only used for ESD per article shown above, therefore it is unnecessary to be shown on the datasheet.
