I compilation failed on S32K144(100 pin), the fail information as below picture, I try to send parameters by the pointer type，but the issue is still exists, I do not know how to fix the issue, thanks

From the screenshot of your .ld file, I didn’t find any problems.

Please try to create a new project, then use the same .ld file, and then compile to see if the same phenomenon will appear.

Maybe this is caused by insufficient memory space.
