Hello,
if you want to use AMMCLIB for S32K microcontroller with S32 Design Studio for ARM version 1.3, please find S32DS installation folder and there is S32K14x_AMMCLIB_v1.1.6 folder which contains all necessary information (including all files and documentation).
Then create new project in S32DS and choose AMMCLIB in startup wizard (please see figure below).
If you want to use AMMCLIB for KEA microcontrollers, there is the same procedure as I wrote above, but this library is placed in KEAx_AMMCLIB_v1.1.6 folder.
