Where is S32K1xx_DMA_INT_mapping.xlsm?

The file 'S32K1xx_DMA_INT_mapping.xlsm' written on p.117 of 'S32K1xx Series Reference Manual Rev. 14' (S32K-RM.pdf) does not appear in the attachment.
