The S32K312 UART+DMA driver cannot work properly

We are using S32K312 chip to configure UART driver. The configuration mode is UART+DMA. The configuration process is as follows:

uart config:

dma config

uart and dma Initializes 

Please tell me what is wrong with the configuration process and why TX cannot send data.

After the configuration is complete, the power-on device can only send one frame of data. Please guide the configuration process

hanks for your reply. Now we have encountered new problems. The baud rate we designed is 115200. After the device is powered on, a normal frame will be printed, but garbled codes will appear again. I have checked the initialization process of the routine you provided and it is the same as our call here, please help to guide, thank you.
