Here's the information regarding the marking code:

• LINE 2: Mask set revision
• LINE 3: Date code

The marking itself is NXP Confidential so I cannot share more details

Hello Victor, 

thanks a lot for response, it's very helpful. However for LQFP64 footprint, which I got , LINE 3 seems to be Mask set revision and not LINE 2. Anyway I've decoded Mask set revision, for my uC.
