S32K1 GPIO output steady state

Hello, dear engineers, I would like to know the level status and duration of ordinary GPIO of S32K between OTP program execution and main() function entry after power-on?I control the PMIC with a normal GPIO push-pull output, and the output of the PMIC has a phenomenon similar to chopping.

I have difficulties to understand the description. Can you elaborate?

Anyway, the default out-of-reset PORT_PCR configuration of all the pins is specified in the IO_Signal_Description_Input_Multiplexing.xlsx, IO Signal Table, Column U.

Almost all the pins are in HI-Z state, and they remain in the state until they are reconfigured by the application.
