How to use ADC internal supply monitoring

Hello,recently i using the ADC module, the internal power supply monitoring has values returned, but  values are similar, it should be wrong, how to configure and use. 

Mcu:S32k144

Tools：S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4

RTM：4.0.1
