Junction to ambient (RθJA) is provided in Table 65 (Thermal characteristics) of the S32K3xx Data Sheet, Rev. 8.

Regarding Junction to board (RθJB), Junction to case (RθJC), and Junction to package (RθJT) are no longer provided since the value depends on the PCB-designed implementation and characteristics and the value can be unprecise and a misuse of this can affect the thermal analysis.
