My requirement is run the motor with hall sensor feedback. I wrote one logic but it is not able to detect the next position. With my logic I am able to achieve sector 0 and sector 4. The function AppCom() is called in for loop to get the hall sector. How to write a logic to run a motor with hall sensor without any other peripheral.

Its quite hard to help here, you are posting some snapshot of application functions with unknown content to me. But since you are only to detect only one position pair, I expect you are not rotating control functions correctly or not at all.
I suggest you to have a look at following application note where Hall sensor is used:
