Hi

I can't open the EB tresos(24.0.1) suddenly these days,it returned java was started but returned wxit code = -805306369.

my mcal version is S32K14X_MCAL4_3_RTM_HF4_1_0_1.

I saw the same issue in this forums and the reply is need requested a hotfix, and my mail accont is: bydong@iflytek.com。 

please help me to solve this problem,thak you very much.

Thank you for your reply. The current problems are slightly different. Now EB can only be opened for a long time (more than ten minutes). If it is not operated in the middle, EB will not report an error. If the MCAL is generated through DaVinci integrated EB, it will take longer. The current environment has been used for several months, and this problem suddenly appears.

We can provide you a hot-fix for this case, however to be honest I'm not sure whether that hot-fix can fix your problem. What's your NXP account?

I see you're using license administrator 1.3.0. Can you try to upgrade to 1.4.0 or higher?

thanks,i have got the HotFix in my account,but i am confused that how to deal with it,just replace that .jar files in the tresos install path will be ok? can you tell me more details about it, thank you ,best regards.

Hello @biyangdong,

Please apply the following steps:

Unzip attached file (dreisoft.tresos.launcher2.jar_EB_tresos_Studio_V24.0.1_FNP11.16.5.1_HOTFIX.zip) to "<EB tresos V24.0.1 installation path>"
Open a CMD and change to "<EB tresos V24.0.1 installation path>\bin" folder
Call "tresos_gui.exe" with "-clean" option ("tresos_gui -clean")
