Ballast transistor circuit

  Can i use ballast transistor circuit for automotive application for 1.5V generating from 3.3V.

Hi,

there are two options - it is either possible to use external NPN ballast transistor or to supply 1.5V from SBC. Take a look at Hardware Design Guidelines in this package:
