Hello
I want start AVB in Gold box
so I was referring to openavnu
https://github.com/Avnu/OpenAvnu
so I download zip file and I send that zip file to goldbox SD card by teraterm.
and I unzip the file and I tried cmake
but it's not exist.
so I download cmake zip file too
and also upzip cmake file
but there are no place in /dev/root
so I don't know how I get more place in root
my sd card is 32GB
root@s32g399ardb3:/test/OpenAvnu-master# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/root 353M 289M 42M 88% /
devtmpfs 1.6G 0 1.6G 0% /dev
tmpfs 1.7G 92K 1.7G 1% /run
tmpfs 1.7G 96K 1.7G 1% /var/volatile
Q1. Do you think It will work after root have more place?
Q2. How to get more place in root?
Hi,
On regards of OpenAvnu, we might not be the correct channel, since it does not seem to be directly supported by NXP, hence there is no documentation. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
As for increasing the size, we see there are the following threads that might proof useful:
Solved: Resize rootfs of Yocto image - NXP Community
Yocto - increase size of rootfs - Stack Overflow
This are not directly related to S32G, hence we cannot ensure the outcome might be the same. Again, we do apologize.
Please, let us know.
Thanks for your answer but in my S32G Goldbox's Linux can't use 'sudo'
'Auto Linux BSP 31.0 s32g399ardb3 ttyLF0'
how can I resize in this linux?
root@s32g399ardb3:~# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/root 353M 289M 42M 88% /
devtmpfs 1.6G 0 1.6G 0% /dev
tmpfs 1.7G 92K 1.7G 1% /run
tmpfs 1.7G 104K 1.7G 1% /var/volatile
I want more size in /dev/root
Hi,
Under the Auto Linux for S32G, we understand that you already should have been a super-user, there is no need of sudo.
As for the specific information under S32G, we understand that there is no current guide for this. We do apologize.
We can recommend contacting your local NXP representative/FAE/DFAE (if any), to understand if under their channel there is any information available.
Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
Please, let us know.
than can i use
'devtmpfs 1.6G 0 1.6G 0% /dev'
this part? How can i use this place?
Hi,
For the available documentation on this channel, we don't seem to find any specific mention of the devtmpfs command.
Can you share any logs on this regard?
We do apologize.
Please, let us know.
