S32G2 Gold VIP: couldn't fetch internal development repositories

I am trying to fetch the GoldVIP Yocto internal packages hosted on bitbucket. I followed the below procedures available in this document --> UM12006. 

But I am getting this "connection refused" error from ssh.

is this NXP's internal repository down?
