Failed to install S32DS 3.5 during process for Online activation

Hi, NXP team,

I've tried to install S32DS 3.5 on my new laptop but it failed at the process for Online activation as below.

"Error sending an activation request to a remote activation server and processing the resulting response. The quantity specified exceeds maximum quantity allowed(0).(FNP error 0)"

I've checked license information and it is as below.

Could you extend License Quantity?

I hit the similar problem.

I installed s32ds 3.5 for windows11 and it did not work properly.
I am trying install it on Ubuntu 22.04 again but it failed during the certificate activation process.
After selecting the 'online' method, the following information is displayed:
"Error sending an activation request to a remote activation server and processing the resulting response. The quantity specified exceeds maximum quantity allowed(0).(FNP error 0)"

What shoudl I do to "activate your S32DS again. " ?
