can you tell me , what is the defferent between the   ARM Bare-Metal 32-bit Target Binary Toolchain and standard S32DS toolchain for ARM?

According to the description:

ARM Bare-Metal 32-bit Target Binary Toolchain - GCC toolchain v.6.3 is selected

standard S32DS toolchain for ARM - GCC toolchain v.4.9 is selected
