mm9z1-638 issue: device is secure.Erase to unsecure.

Hello NXP team,

I got a new reference board RD9Z1-638-4LI last week. At the beginning, everything was working fine.

Can't download program into device this morning. Error information is "Device is secure. Erase to unsecure", then click "yes",  power off board，again and again.......

At last,  always repeat the above three steps。

The same PE suit can work well on the other board.

I'd like to know how do I fix that issue?

I have fixed this issue by using a 470nfcapacitor between RESET and GND.
