Hi,
In my DP256 design, I can't erase and write the inner flash by BDM. I think that's not a design mistake. When  measure the VDD1 and VDD2( using inner Voltage 2.5V), I get 2.2V.
The MCU doesn't work?
Thank you!

Extern Power 5V supply for VDDR,VDDX,VRH,VDDA;     VDDPLL,VDD1,VDD2 is using internal 2.5V. I want to know whether VDD1 and VDD2 fall outside of the valid operating values? thank you!

The operating range for VDD1 and VDD2 are in the spec - it's something like 2.35V minimum. If you are using the on-chip regulator then 2.2V seems to be low. Make sure there is no other load on VDD1/2, it is correctly decoupled and that you are supplying sufficient current to the 5V rails. Are all the 5V supplies connected correctly?

Please explain exactly how you are supplying voltage to the device. If VDD1 and VDD2 fall outside of the valid operating values then the chip may not function correctly.
