MC9S12NE64 - Problem with I2C, in debug, pins SDA holds low

Hi, I have a problem with my I2C bus, I use a NE64 microcontroller and a memory 24LC256, when I put my I2C module in Master Reciver mode and just I reset microcontroller, the line SDA holds low, and when I restart the nodule, just before I enable the module, the flag IBB is set because the state of SDA line, who I can fix this problem?

What value of pull-up do you have on the SDA line?
