Broken s12XDP512

I have succesfully implemented to S12 all access bootloader ( AN3275) on a S12xDP512.

While programming the flash with it, I reset the device ( to see what would happen), and this has rendered the chip inoperable. That is I can't even access it via BDM ( codewarrior 4.5)

I have done this with the same result on two chips.

Any suggestions on what to do?

You have likely reset the chip before the security byte has been written. More info and details on how to recover the chip can be found here:
