Activex component (NE64DemoNOPIC.cab) make the IE fatal error

Experiment environments:

* Freescale DEMO9S12NE64 Board

* Client OP Winxp ,IE version: v6.0.2900. 2180.xpsp -sp2-gdr.050301-1519

* The Activex component (NE64DemoNOPIC.cab) was provided by AN2836SW for web server.

I can ping the DEMO9S12NE64 board and access the webpage but Activex component (NE64DemoNOPIC.cab) make the IE fatal error .

Can anyone help me,

After installing Visual Basic 6, the problem is fixed.

Now the web server demo worked in the DEMO9S12NE64 board.

But i dont know why.
