what is the lowest cost processor to support MIPI CSI-2?

I am looking for a lowest cost processor to support MIPI CSI-2 Camera interface. 

RT1170 is one chip. anyone lower cost?

Other parts that have a MIPI CSI Camera interfaces would be the i.MX RT1160, i.MX8 and i.MX7. Please look into these option in order to see which one suits your needs the best.
