Hello, I'm trying to find documentation that lists the IDCODE for the T4160 QorIQ Processor.
The only documentation I've found is in the T4240 Reference Manual which indicates IDCODE = 0x0022_001D.
However, the data I'm reading over JTAG indicates 0x1022_101D. It seems the upper bit in each nibble changed from a 0 to 1. The data is needed for hardware validation where the datasheet IDCODE must match the readback IDCODE.
