T2080 - Core frequency vs Interface performance

Hi,

For low power consumption of T2080 custom design, we planned to reduce the core frequency to 1.2Ghz (minimum supported frequency)

Please let me know following:

• Is there impact on performance of interfaces (DDR3L, IFC, ..)
• Any approximate power saving numbers from 1.8 to 1.2 Ghz design

Hi,

There is some simulation based power estimation data within Freescale for T2080, but it's under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). As it's not appropriate to discuss this in public , you'd better submit Service Request (SR) for this to Freescale support.
