P1020 is not booting with DDR3L

Hi,

I am using P1020 with DDR3 (MT41J256M16) which is working fine. I replaced the DDR3 by DDR3L (MT41K256M16TW-107)  which is backward compatible with the (MT41J256M16). The datasheet of DDR3L (MT41K256M16TW-107) shows that the voltage and the CAS latency are backward compatible with the DDR3. But the board doesn’t boot with the DDR3L. The uboot shows that he D_INIT is not cleared. That means the DDR initialization failed and the access to the DDR3L is not possible. Is the P1020 (DDR control) is compatible with DDR3L? Is there any configuration needs to be changed to support the DDR3L?

Note: I am using SDK1.9.
