LS1043 platform "reset" can not work

we use LS1043,it is unusefull when i input the command "reset" in uboot mode or "reboot" under the system,what should i do?

Ensure that RESET_REQ_B is properly connected, so that its assertion will generate PORESET_B low pulse having at least 1 ms duration.

Thanks a lot ,the problem had been solved,the PORESET_B  low plus only 200ns duration befor.
