Is the LS1046A or LS1026A accessible as part of embedded system on module?

I'm interested use in my telepresence project the Cortex A72 processor, but to achieve the project lead time as short as possible I search the ready for purchase solution like system-on-module . If you can suggest the such soulution on base your LS1046A or LS1026A please let me know.

The LS1046/LS1026 family devices are quite new - we expect first LS1046-based development board will be available at the end of September, 2016.
