How to boot LS1043A from SD without CPLD?

According to board documentation and the board schematic，the SW_RCW_SRC0~8 are connected to the CPLD. In fact,they can control ls1043a to  boot  from nor,nand or SD by switching the SW4[1-8] and SW5[1]. But as our product design，we will remove the CPLD and they will work without any CPLD. I have no idea how to boot LS1043A form SD without CPLD?

Use a 4.7 kΩ pull-up or pull-down resistors for appropriate configuration of an RCW source configuration pins (cfg_rcw_src[0:8]).
