From where can i get more infomation concering ETM (Embedded Trace Macrocell) inerface of LS1021A?
I need to know about layerscape's supports for TRACE, through Hardware/Software interface.

Just check the JTAG interface is populated or not. If JTAG inteface is conneceted form the board then refer the TDS for checking ETM trace lines is connected from the core TRACEDATA[0] to TRACEDATE[3] for 4-bit trace data.
The ETM interface is not exposed externally on the LS1021A.
