We want to use C29x Crypto Coprocessor to offload asymmetric key algorithm in nginx. As we know, C29x Crypto Coprocessor support offload asymmetric and symmetric key algorithm.
Does C29x Crypto Coprocessor also support GZIP offload ?
C29x is a cryptography-oriented device. It does not have any dedicated hardware to accelerate data compression algorithms which GZIP/DEFALTE is a member of. If you want a processor that offers data compression offload, select one with DPAA/DCE, such as LS1046A or LS1088A.
