Do I have to comply with T1022's power on time sequence? If I don't comply with it and power up all the power-supply rails at the same time. What will happen? Can T1022 work normally?

Now I  am using T1022 to design a board. As shown in the datasheet page 53, it lists a power sequence. Now I want to ask that do I have to comply with T1022's power up sequence? If I don't comply with it and power up all the power-supply rails at the same time. What will happen? Can T1022 work normally?

Normal processor operation is not guaranteed if requirements of its Data Sheet are violated.
