Restart status register RCM SRS1 Jtag bit

Hi 
I have problem with random restarts is trying to figure out the reason.
I'm using a K66 Kinnetis with a jlink segger base debugger using jtag chain.

I run in debug mode and catch restart in the reset interrupt handler.

The RCM SRS1 jtag bit i set and documentation say:

Indicates a reset has been caused by JTAG selection of certain IR codes: EZPORT, EXTEST, HIGHZ,
and CLAMP.

Is there more info to get or is that it?

This issue may be caused by hardware. I suggest you make sure that the external pull up/down resistors are connected to the circuit.
