Datasheet provides impedance values measured on real boards. We have no measured data to share for frequencies not covered by available reference circuits.
Impedance characterization is a special task that requires time and resources. Generally, we perform impedance characterization for circuits which are included into the device datasheets. We have many other designs which have not been tested to measure impedances.
Using ADS models is the recommended way to design an amplifier. Model design kits for most devices are available on the device product pages.
