How to secure JTAG/DEBUG interface MPC823

Hi,

i am trying to figure out valid methods to deactivate the MPC823s JTAG and DEBUG ports to prevent unauthorized access (e.g., blowing the JTAG fuse)?

I was looking through the MPC823 users manual but could not find any suggested methods.

I would appreciate any help.

MPC823 has IEEE 1149.1 Test Access Port (JTAG), to disable the interface you can try the connections below:
