How to flash u-boot to NOR flash(MT28EW128) using Codewarrior 8.8 (MPC8248)

I am using MPC8248, and I need to bring up the board using NOR flash, so I need to flash the U-boot to NOR flash using Codewarrior 8.8, If anybody have the document, please share with me.

For flash programming in CodeWarrior 8.8, please refer to the attached ppt.

MT28EW128 is not provided in flash programing device list in CodeWarrior 8.8.

The MT28EW is compatible with the S29GL-P and S29GL-N 128Mb, 256Mb, 512Mb, and 1Gb devices, please try to use S29GL-P and S29GL-N device for programming your device.
