PF8200 thermal resistance(RθJC Junction to Case (top))

Dear NXP Supporter:

       Where can i find the value of PF8200: RθJC(top) Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance,       porter:

the Datasheet just show R θJC: Junction to Case (bottom) value, thermal simulation need this value:

     Where can i look up the RθJC(top) Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance, or   provide such as: 2R、delphi, Detailed thermal resistance model, (Preferred Flotherm software model ,or  Icepak software are also available). thank you~!
