powre consumption of P4040

I could find powre consumption of P4040 in P4040 Hardware Specification manual page at 53.

The data in manual describes core frequency from 1.2G to 1.5GHz.

The Maximum power consumption is aobut 17W at 1.2GHz core frequency.

I will use only two cores at 1GHz core frequency.

Can I calcuate or guess the power comsumption of P4040 under the condition of 1GHz core frequency with only two cores??

Have a great day,

Please note, there are NOT official specified numbers, there are just some estimations got from Freescale experts. Nap Power is power in core napping mode when all clocks internal to the core are turned off except for its timer facilities clock.

for Single Core Active/Nap Power@105C

1500/800 = 1.8/0.9W

1333/667 = 1.7/0.8W

1200/600 = 1.3/0.6W

for Single Core Active/Nap Power@65C

1500/800 = 1.3/0.5W

1333/667 = 1.1/0.4W

1200/600 = 1.0/0.3W

You can see, for example, if you run just two core @105C@1500/800MHz and other cores are idle you have  1.8+1.8+0.9+0.9~5.4 W for VDD_CA on the P4040 instead of 7,2W when all 4 cores are active.  (Notice that the last P4040EC rev.4 shows 7.8W for Maximum power with Dhrystone executing @ 100% on all four cores). Using data for 1500-1333-1200 you can interpolate down to 1000.
