set TJA1463 to standby mode

hello NXP,

We found that when using TJA1643, when VCC, VBAT, and VIO are powered on normally, according to the description in the datasheet, when STBN is low, the chip will enter standby mode and INH is high. However, in actual use, when we set the STBN to low, INH is low, which is inconsistent with the datasheet.  Is the chip in standby mode at this time? Or does it enter sleep mode?

Hello,

Please check the voltage level at the EN pin. Standby mode is selected by driving both STB_N and EN to LOW level and INH should be active (VBAT level).

After trying to set both STB_N and EN to low, I found that INH is still at a low level. The version of the datasheet I checked is Rev.2 - 15 October 2021, and I couldn't find the table in the picture you replied to.

And I set EN and STB_N to high, and the chip enters normal mode. At this time, INH is at high level, which is consistent with the chip manual.

Why does this situation occur?
