Hi NXP Team,Can we write a pmic i2c address of (VDD_SOC output voltage) during the time of system is going to suspend mode ?Or after the system has gone to suspend mode we can write this VDD_SOC pmic i2c address?

I would recommend to do it before entering the LPM to ensure all settings are applied correctly and avoid potential communication issues.
