imx93 low power suspend mode flow

Hi NXP Team,

I was checking by putting the system in LPM as suspend by the user space command echo mem > /sys/power/state can you tell me after running this command what steps exactly followed by the i.MX93 to put the system in LPM suspend mode.

Please tell me the process what first turns off up to the last.
