TagWriter WiFi action fails via tag

Hi,

we have a customer hotspot. When using the path through the Android settings/WiFi to connect to this hotspot - everything is fine. A captive Portal mini browser site pops up,aso

But when we use a tag to connect (with the same hotspot of course ;-) it fails. Cannot receive the IP address....

The tag is written by choosing the HotSpot from Android OS.

Any ideas?

I have tested this with my phone and an NTAG213  this is what I stored and tested with my colleagues phones and it worked:

please confirm your wifi information also the phones you are using to test this.

as much information you can provide please let me know.

sorry for my late reply - I've been in vacation. 

The Tag I have used is a

"NFC Sticker, 22mm, NTAG 213, 180 Bytes, white"

from the NFC-tag-shop.de
