In my project I need to know the Ibat parameters when the Vbat is between 4.5V and 18V.But I didn't find it in datesheet.

Hello Zhang,

All the information regarding the Ibat are shown in the datasheet, in Tables 1 and 34. If you need any additional data, please specify your requirements in more detail.

In my test, Ibat is 140uA（Sleep mode） when Vbat is 6V.So I need to find Ibat parameters when the voltage Vbat is between 4.5v and 7V.thankyou

Hello Zhang,

First, please double check you are really measuring only the current flowing to the BAT pin.

Further, if you increase the Vbat voltage above 7V, are you able to achieve the specified value less than 59uA when CWE = 1 and CAN Offline mode? 

For a detailed description of the Sleep mode and the software flow for entering it, please refer to the Chapter 5.3.2 of the attached TR1309.
