TDA8541 thermal resistance information

Hi NXP team,

I understand this TDA8541 is an old part, but we still have some products using this due to our inhouse stock. I have gone through the specification sheet and find there is only Rthja information. Do you have think NXP could provide Rthjc information, as I find the ambient one gives me inaccurate prediction of die temperature, especially when we need to design the circuit in BTL instead of SE due to the requirement for more volume.

Unfortunately, we do not have this information characterized and neither in old records. As per this part is already discontinued, I’m afraid that we are not able to generate this thermal resistance values.
