i need a little help. I'm currently working on a design and actually
planned to use MOC 30xxx series and a normal triac.
But since I have little space, I looked for alternatives.
I found the BT131-600, with logic level. In my application run over the 230V ~ maximum 100mA continuously, the BT131 would be sufficient for this, or don't you think?
Unfortunately I can't find any design example for the
BT131-600 on the web or on the NXP homepage.
So I'm not sure how to connect the BT131.
T1 and T2 are clear how to connect. But the Gate, if I can really connect it directly to an open drain output of a µC, this is how it is intended with the BT131-600.
The question, how do I connect the gate?
Directly at µC opendrain?
Do I need a pull up or pull down? Or something else?
The GND of µC is the same as the 230V~ ( N) because
of using a non isolated AC/DC Stepo Down.
