Hi Nitesh,
VDDIO is an input pin as can be seen in Table 2 on page 9 of the datasheet.
VDDIO is the supply for the digital communication of the device (I2C interface voltage).
You should bypass it with 0.1 µF ceramic capacitor.
Connect to 1.7 to 3.6 V supply and ensure that VDDIO is always lesser than or equal to VIN.
