Can you suggest any Linux based RTOS for "MSC8251" star core processor.

I do not know of any 3rd parties who have ported RT Linux or a variant to Starcore yet. Currently there is SmartDSP OS and ENEA has ported OSEK to Starcore also. Not sure of any others.
